Hand Press Operator *SIGN-ON BONUS

This role will provide full training. Successful candidates should be looking for a hands-on role, possess strong math skills, and be mechanically inclined.

Once trained, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production. You will work from process sheets or instructions from your supervisor to perform tasks.

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

Hours: First and second shift available

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Includes a 2nd shift premium.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Follow and interpret instructions, procedures, and drawings accurately.
2. Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
3. Verify product quality at intervals and ensure work accuracy.
4. Perform in-process inspections if required.
5. Check operation results against tolerances.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Basic math skills, including converting fractions to decimals.
• Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures.
