Paycom - ATS in Congerville, IL is seeking an entry-level Hand Packer responsible for manually packaging finished products, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and safe handling prior to shipment.

You will inspect quality, assemble boxes, seal and label, follow food safety and workplace safety procedures, keep a clean workspace, and report any issues to the supervisor while meeting daily production goals. PPE provided.

The Hand Packer is responsible for manually packaging finished products in accordance with company quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and careful handling of products before shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, sort, and pack finished products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
• Check product quality for defects or inconsistencies before packaging.
• Assemble boxes, seal, label, and stack them on pallets for shipping.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any issues with equipment, materials, or product quality to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned.
• Identify and report hazards in the production process.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
