Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking reliable Packing Associates for our Bloomingdale, IL co-packing facility. The role involves packing and labeling food and beverage products for shipment, assembling boxes, inspecting quality, applying labels and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment performing repetitive tasks from 5:00am to 5:00pm, Friday through Sunday. Applicants should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and follow written

Position Title: Packer Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Friday - Sunday)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Packing Associates to join our co-packing facility in Bloomingdale, IL. In this role, you will assist with the packing, labeling, and preparation of food and beverage products for shipment. This position is hands‑on and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment while performing repetitive tasks.

Packer Responsibilities:

• Pack food and beverage products according to company and customer specifications
• Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Apply labels and ensure products are properly packaged
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
• Lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 30 pounds
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
