Dallas College’s Mountain View Campus is seeking a part-time Hand In Hand Peer Coach. This on-site role supports campus operations and student services with approximately 19.5 weekly hours and an hourly rate of $23.78.

Open to students not eligible for federal work-study and eligible to work in the U.S. After six months, some roles may qualify for a hybrid arrangement based on responsibilities, policy, and supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• Must meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards set by Dallas College.
• Enrolled and certified in at least a one-credit hour course.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.
• Must not have any prior institutional balance or blocks.
• Complete required Dallas College professional development training hours.
• Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.
