Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and web apps.
• Detail oriented, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• No prior infection control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand hygiene direct observation across inpatient units.
• Enter observation data into hand hygiene software.
• Communicate with IPC leadership on urgent issues or breaches.
• Assist IPC team with quality improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned by IPC leadership.
