Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Hackensack, MN is seeking a hands-on Hand Assembly worker for a full-time role with a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) at a pay rate of $19 per hour.

You will use power tools, assemble components, perform QC, label and pack finished goods, and collaborate with a team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Health, life insurance, and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Job assignment flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and manage change.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals and objectives.
• Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work together as a team to complete production goals daily.
• Perform tasks using power hand tools.
• Operate chop saws and table saws.
• Move around the facility as needed (sit/stand/move) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Conduct QC inspections and record results at defined intervals.
• Assemble materials to produce finished products.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

Production worker - Hand Assembly Dept

4 day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Working together as team to complete production goals on a daily basis.
• Perform tasks that using power hand tools.
• Chop saws and table saws.
• Mobility within the facility, including but not limited to,sitting, standing, walking, reaching up and/or out, and lifting for long periods of time.
• This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Perform QC inspections and record at defined intervals.
• Assemble materials to produce the finished product.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
