Job summary

Mann Lake LTD in Hackensack, MN is hiring a manufacturing associate on a 4-day week schedule (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM). The role operates machine centers, manufactures wooden components, performs visual quality checks, and coordinates with supervisors to address safety, quality, and delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform multiple functions within each machine center throughout the wood plant.
• Manufacture wooden components using a variety of equipment.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure high quality product.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors to ensure safety, quality, delivery or cost issues are handled quickly.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with internal customers.
