Job summary

Mann Lake, Ltd. is seeking a Hand Assembly worker in Hackensack, MN. The role is full‑time with a 4‑day work week, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with health and life insurance and a comprehensive benefits package. You will perform hand‑assembly tasks, operate power tools, and meet daily production goals. Responsibilities include assembling and labeling products, performing QC checks, and packing finished goods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Job assignment flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and manage change.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals and objectives.
• Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Working together as team to complete production goals on a daily basis.
• Perform tasks that using power hand tools.
• Chop saws and table saws.
• Mobility within the facility, including but not limited to,sitting, standing, walking, reaching up and/or out, and lifting for long periods of time.
• This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Perform QC inspections and record at defined intervals.
• Assemble materials to produce the finished product.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

Production worker - Hand Assembly Dept
