Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide dedicated 1:1 therapy sessions, split between hand therapy (AM) and aquatic therapy (PM).
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and educate patients on treatment plans.
