Job summary

Tortorella Group is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair high-quality gunite pools on private Hamptons properties. You will manage water chemistry, cleaning, and equipment, visiting one client at a time with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Fully paid training is provided; overtime is paid, and benefits are available. You’ll work from March to October 2026, joining a team with a four-decade reputation for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Motivated people who care about doing careful work and treating clients with respect.
• Prior pool experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of gunite pools and identify issues.
• Clean and maintain pool surfaces, tile, grout, and surrounding areas.
• Test and adjust water chemistry and monitor filtration systems.
• Troubleshoot pool equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs and visits in Zuper and complete work orders.
