Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring, compassionate CAREGivers to support aging adults in Hamilton County and surrounding areas including Noblesville. The role offers a weekend differential and a weekly pay schedule. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

The position includes overnight shifts and flexible part-time options in a faith-based, family-like culture. We provide paid training, ongoing development, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Flexible schedule with full/part-time options.
• Willingness to travel within Hamilton and Boone County area.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Do light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments.
• Offer Alzheimer’s care as needed.

CAREGiver Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Companionship and conversation

CAREGiver Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents
• Must be able to travel anywhere in our Hamilton and Boone County area
• Complete all required education and training
• Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly
