Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a line-packaging associate in a Virginia facility to place raw turkey breast pieces into production pans for Oven Gold and to help shape finished products to spec. The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to GMPs and HACCP procedures.

The position involves working at prescribed line speeds, cooperating with fellow Packers, and lifting up to 20 lbs as needed to maintain production flow and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in room temperatures that run below 40 degrees.
• Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Places raw turkey breast pieces into the pans used to manufacture Oven Gold.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper placement of the breast pieces in order to achieve the proper product shape and finished product appearance internally and externally.
• Must be able to perform responsibilities of Item #2 at prescribed line speeds.
• Must be able to work cooperatively with other Packers to ensure workload is shared and finished product specifications are achieved.
• Position requires standing in place during performance of job functions.

$15.20 - $22.15 / hour
