Modern Litho in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Halm Jet Press Operator to ensure project quality from setup to finish. You will review tickets, select paper, mix ink, and maintain image quality and registration while keeping a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience preferred.

As the Halm Jet Press Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring each project is produced accurately and to the highest quality standards. This position is responsible for carefully reviewing job tickets, selecting the correct paper weight, mixing ink as needed, and maintaining precise image quality and registration throughout the production process. You will also help maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficiency, teamwork, and overall production success.

From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

Follow all established company and departmental policies, procedures, and production standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Promptly report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel

Comply with all safety guidelines and always demonstrate safe work practices

Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality

Carefully follow written instructions on the job ticket to meet customer requirements and support on-time delivery

Enter data into computer systems to accurately record time, materials, and costs.
