Hallmark Cards is seeking a leadership-focused role in Slidell, LA. This position offers a hands-on blend of supervision and field work, overseeing department installations, remodels and floor sets, and coordinating with clients to meet schedules and budgets.

You’ll lead a team across projects, motivate staff, and communicate clearly while working primarily daytime, Monday through Friday, with some holidays and weekends.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $16.50 TO $18.50 per hourdepending on your skills and experience
• Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week - this is variable schedule.
• Schedule: Primarily daytime hours Monday - Friday .Holiday availability will includethe week before and after major holidays,which may include weekends.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that keeps you moving:

• Regularly lift 30- 50lbs.
• Push, pull, kneel, squat, stand and walk for extended periods
• Work on sales floors and in stockrooms

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Comfortable using smart phone technology
• Reliable and consistent transportationtotravelwithin your territory
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
