Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a dedicated Hall Monitor to safeguard our facility by patrolling hallways and common areas, assisting students and staff, and enforcing campus rules. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, reporting incidents, collaborating with teachers, and participating in safety trainings to ensure policies are followed and emergencies are handled

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and any required training or certifications.
