Job summary

Food Hall Co. is seeking fun, energetic Hall Hosts to join our team and be the friendly face of our dining and entertainment hub.

Our Hall Hosts ensure guests are greeted and assisted promptly, answer questions about events, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the venue. We offer healthcare benefits for hourly staff, 401k after one year, and growth opportunities within leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required.
• Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
• Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Set up the team for success in the next shift.
• Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone.
• Keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris.
• Provide guests the “right of way”
• Assist with operational needs when necessary and asked of.
• Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
