Position Overview

The Halfway House provides a limited food & beverage menu for our members and their guests. Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club
  • Input and charge members' orders accurately
  • Prepare food items and snacks (breakfast, sandwiches, protein bars)
  • Make and serve limited alcoholic beverages (Bloody Marys, canned beer, seltzers)
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Requisition supplies timely
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to build positive relationships with members and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in hot, humid environments
  • Adherence to dress, grooming, and hygiene standards
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Education and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old and able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
