Position: Halfway House Attendant - Full Time

Summary

The Halfway House provides a limited food & beverage menu for our members and their guests. Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness standards of the facility.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club.
2. Properly input orders and charge members' accounts.
3. Prepare and serve food items such as breakfast, sandwiches, and snacks.
4. Make and serve limited alcoholic beverages like Bloody Marys, canned beer, and seltzers.
5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all areas.
6. Timely requisition of food, beverage, and supplies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong customer service skills with a pleasant personality.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members and team members.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods in hot, humid environments.
5. Adherence to dress, grooming, and hygiene standards.
6. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Education/Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 18 years old with the ability to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek.
3. Previous customer service experience in food and beverage preferred.
