Title

Half Graduate Assistant (.5 GA)

Overview and Duties

The Graduate Assistant will support the Minnock Institute for Global Engagement (MIGE) in communications, program support, and digital content creation.

• Capture photographs
• Create presentations
• Compile event lists
• Work closely with the MIGE Communications and Events Coordinator to develop and maintain web content and communications that reflect BSU’s global programs
• Support website content updates
• Assist with the production of international student spotlights and program features
• Contribute to social media content development
• Provide light administrative coordination support for MIGE events and initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in photography, an interest in website design, and content management. The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable engaging with diverse students and communities, has strong written communication skills, and an interest in international education, global engagement, or intercultural storytelling.
