Job summary

T12 Technologies is looking for an experienced Program Manager/Team Lead to oversee End-Use Monitoring operations in Haiti under a U.S. State Department contract. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, at least five years’ experience in relevant fields, and an active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring compliance with U.S. policies, and conducting performance reviews. Field-based and involving frequent travel throughout Haiti, the position offers an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to public safety and security efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or related fields.
• At least two years of experience as a team lead or managing staff.
• U.S. Citizen with active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all EUM operations in Haiti for the U.S. Department of State.
• Manage a multi-person team and ensure compliance with government policies.
• Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews of contract personnel.
