Job summary

T12 Technologies seeks a highly skilled Full‑Time Program Manager III to lead government contracts and ensure optimal performance. You will be the primary government contact, ensuring contractual obligations are met and client expectations exceeded. Experience with U.S.

Government acquisitions and Foreign Assistance programs is essential. The role requires leadership across diverse teams, risk and quality management, and coordination of programs with budgets over several million dollars.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 12+ years of progressively complex experience in U.S. Government acquisition and program management.
Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of progressively complex experience in the U.S. Government acquisition.
High School Diploma with at least 19 years of progressively complex experience in the U.S. Government acquisition.
At least 3 years of experience managing contracts or task orders with a minimum ceiling value of $3 million within the Department of State.

Responsibilities

Contract Oversight & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders for all contract performance and compliance aspects.
Program Leadership: Direct and manage complex projects/programs, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
Foreign Assistance Program Management: Oversee and manage Foreign Assistance programs related to the U.S. Department of State and USAID.
Customer Relations & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and program documentation.
Risk & Quality Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery and maintain QA processes.
Business Development & Strategic Initiatives: Support business development efforts and pricing strategies for government contracts.
Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop team members and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
