Birds Barbershop in Austin, TX is hiring skilled barbers for our newest West Parmer location opening July 2026. We offer a 32 hour work week, full-time benefits, and a competitive pay structure including service and product commissions plus a $60,000–$80,000 annual base compensation.

• VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair

• TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station

Our Pay Structure

• Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
• Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
• Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
