Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, treatments, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and product recommendations.
• Maintain salon standards, safety, and compliance with policies.
