Job summary

You will work with a mentor, meet sales targets, attend training sessions, and maintain salon standards. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will be 18+ years-old with a Cosmetology diploma and license.
• Basic understanding of latest salon techniques for hair design, color, texture and makeup applications.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build personal and professional rapport with guests and Ulta Beauty Associates.
• Provide professional product recommendations as part of services.
• Learn from Elite or Master Hair Stylist mentor.
• Meet/exceed all individual sales and productivity goals.
• Attend mandatory education events and workshops.
• Assist in store duties (e.g., filling Salon retail displays and shelves).
• Adhere to Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness.
• Attend manager-led monthly business development meetings to support personal growth.
• Demonstrate your personal style while adhering to Ulta Beauty dress code.
