Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist who will engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products to deliver an exceptional total-look experience. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding service sales and productivity goals, maintaining salon standards, and collaborating with skin therapists and the retail team to create a unified guest experience.

A Cosmetology license and prior salon experience are preferred, with flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Ability to perform diverse hair services (cuts, color, styling, treatments).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality hair services and consultations to guests.
