Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role delivers quality professional services with emphasis on the guest’s total look, supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, and styling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store retail goals.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the salon and sales floor.
• Attend trainings and work with team to ensure excellent guest service.
