Job summary

The Stylist at Life Time provides a range of hair services and treatments designed to improve guests’ well-being and enhance their club experience. Services include cuts, color, highlights and more, driving sales of services and products to exceed guest expectations.

They educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon offerings, stay current with styling trends, and maintain salon stations to Life Time standards. This role requires cosmetology training and licensure, with 1–3 years' experience in a salon

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains professional certifications and stays current with trends.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
