Job summary

Educating clients on LifeSpa offerings, maintaining salon standards, and staying current with trends are essential. Compensation includes commissions between 35% and 70% plus hourly minimums, with full-time benefits.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology license required in state of employment.
- 1–3 years of stylist experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completed Cosmetology school and active license in state of work.
Responsibilities
- Provides individualized hair services and treatments to meet clients’ needs.
- Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
- Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance routines.
- Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
- Keeps up to date with certifications and trends in the industry.
- Maintains workstation to salon standards.
