Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in the United States invites beauty students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program, designed to mentor you from day one and help you earn while you learn. You will gain hands-on guidance, observe seasoned cosmetologists, and start building a client following in a supportive salon team.

As you progress through an eight-level career ladder and twelve price levels, you’ll access on-the-job training, walk-in opportunities, and commission-based earning

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize peak learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience by assisting the salon flow.
• Develop your craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals and asking questions.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consults.
