Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for cosmetology students in the United States. The program offers a 90-day mentorship, new hire orientation, advanced technical training, and on-the-job guidance from seasoned cosmetologists to help you start earning as soon as you are licensed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in beauty school and readiness to transition to a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cutting and color techniques and build a client base.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays to maximize learning and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support actions influencing guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: collaborate with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: training on product knowledge, consultation skills, and building a strong clientele.
