Carimar Salon Group is seeking talented stylists to join our family. We offer color, highlight, styling and waxing services, with a pay plan featuring uncapped commissions and up to 30% on retail, plus a base wage to guarantee earnings.

We operate in Southeast NC with locations in Surf City, Wilmington, Jacksonville, and New Bern. Full- and part-time roles available, with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hairdresser/stylist with cosmetology experience required.
• Cosmetology license required or in process.
• Salon experience preferred (in school or professional).
• Ability to use scissors, trimmers and styling tools to create hairstyles.
• Understanding of various hairstyles and how to achieve them.
• Willingness to learn new styles and techniques.
• Ability to communicate with customers to capture their desired look.

Responsabilités

• Provide color, highlight, styling and waxing services.

We have locations in Surf City, Wilmington, Jacksonville, and New Bern. We offer a pay plan that rewards your hard work. We offer UNCAPPED commission percentage of your service and up to 30% of your retail while being supported by a base wage in the event you don’t commission. We make sure to keep our prices competitive and fair to our guests, but high enough that your commission can earn you a serious living.
