Hardy Nation is hiring at NC Sport Cuts salons for salon coordinators, cosmetology students, and licensed hair stylists. Roles include greeting clients, answering questions, and supporting daily operations, with opportunities to advance as you earn your license.

Open to students and licensed professionals across multiple NC locations. Flexible schedules and on-the-job training are offered to fit school commitments and career growth goals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology school is a plus, but not required
• Already licensed? We encourage you to apply for consideration for Stylist and leadership opportunities
• Interest in the hair and beauty industry
• Strong Client service and communication skills
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
• Willingness to learn and grow

Responsabilités

• Greet Clients and help create a welcoming salon experience
• Answer phone calls and assist with Client questions
• Support the salon team and day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon
• Process Client transactions
• Assist with retail products and displays
• Help with laundry, sanitation, stocking, and station preparation
• Assist with local marketing and promotions when needed
• Participate in NC Sport Cuts training

JOB DESCRIPTION

Hardy Nation is looking for Salon Coordinators, cosmetology students, and licensed hair stylists who are ready to start or grow their career in the hair industry.

Currently in cosmetology school? Get your foot in the door while you work toward your license. Gain hands-on salon experience, work alongside licensed stylists, learn the NC Sport Cuts system, and build relationships with the team you could continue your career with after graduation.

Already have your cosmetology license? You may qualify for one of our Stylist or leadership opportunities instead.

We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire team members from Wilson,Wake Forest, Raleigh, Apex, and Knightdale.
