Carimar Salon Group is seeking talented stylists to join our family and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a supportive team setting. You’ll work in a locally owned salon with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

We offer an uncapped commission plan and a base wage, with paid holidays and a flexible schedule to fit your life while helping guests look and feel their best.

Qualificações

• Hairdresser/stylist/cosmetologist experience is required or preferred.
• Cosmetology license is preferred or required by some salons.
• Experience with various scissors, trimmers, and styling tools.

Carimar Salon Group is looking for stylists interested in joining our family. We are a local, family owned business operating salons in Southeast NC. We have locations in Surf City, Wilmington, Jacksonville, and New Bern. If you are passionate about being part of a supportive team and providing guests with the type of experience that makes them feel great we'd love to talk to you. You will have the opportunity to guide the decisions we make and help the business grow while being provided lots of opportunity for your own personal growth.

We offer a pay plan that rewards your hard work. We offer UNCAPPED commission percentage of your service and up to 30% of your retail while being supported by a base wage in the event you don’t commission. We make sure to keep our prices competitive and fair to our guests, but high enough that your commission can earn you a serious living.

Desired skills:

• Hair dresser / stylist / cosmetologist experience
• Cosmetology license
• Salon experience preferred (in school or professional)
• Experience using different types of scissors, trimmers and other tools to create hairstyles
• An understanding of the different types of hairstyles a person can request and how to achieve those looks
• A willingness to learn about new styles and techniques
• The ability to communicate with customers and understand a look they want, even if they don’t know the technical terms for a certain style

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to $55.00 per hour
