Position Summary

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guest expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized hair services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
2. Educate clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
3. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance, staying current with styles and techniques.
4. Promote all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
5. Stay updated on certifications and new industry trends.
6. Maintain work stations to salon standards.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as a stylist in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Pay

This position offers commissions ranging from 35% to 70%, depending on product sales and productivity. The weekly minimum pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
