What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout — every guest, every visit
• Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services to Oomph's quality standard
• Prebook guests before they leave and recommend home care that fits their hair (we coach you on both — and they're how you grow your income here)
• Know your numbers: track your prebooking rate and retail per client, and review them in regular one‑on‑ones with support to hit your goals
• Participate in ongoing in‑salon education, including Davines color and product training
• Keep your station and shared spaces clean, stocked, and guest‑ready
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates — we hold everyone to the same standard, leadership included
• Maintain an active NH cosmetology license and complete required continuing education

What You Need

• Active NH cosmetology license (or license pending — new grads welcome to apply)
• Solid foundation in cutting and color, or the coachability to build one fast
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule we'll build together
• Comfort with technology — we run our booking, numbers, and communication digitally (Phorest experience a plus, not required)
