Qualifications

• Active NH cosmetology license (or license pending).
• Solid foundation in cutting and color.
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule.
• Comfort with technology for booking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout.
• Perform cutting, coloring, and styling to our quality standard.
• Prebook guests and recommend home care to grow income.
• Track prebooking rate and retail per client, review in one-on-ones.
• Participate in in-salon education and product training.
• Keep station and spaces clean, stocked, guest-ready.
• Maintain NH cosmetology license and ongoing education.
