Position Summary

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that enhance the guest’s overall well-being and improve the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guest expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized hair services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
2. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
3. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current with styles and techniques.
4. Promote all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
5. Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Keep work stations clean and organized according to salon standards.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Valid Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to perform basic calculations related to discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Pay

This role offers a base hourly wage at minimum wage level, plus incentive pay ranging from 5% to 55%, depending on productivity.
