Calling All Licensed Cosmetologists/Hairstylists!

The Sacred Hive is hiring – This luxury salon sits in a coveted location on Washington Street in the heart of historic Downtown Petaluma, CA. We are looking for licensed Cosmetologists / Hairstylists who are interested in joining a dynamic team within a luxury salon setting.

All Stylist positions are paid on an hourly rate, and Sylists participate in setting their hours. You can work full-time, part-time, weekends, whatever best suits your scheduling needs!
We’re looking for both entry-level Stylists who are looking to start their career in the hair and beauty industry, as well as seasoned Stylists who have been in the field for years. We’re looking for Stylists who specialize in cut/style, color services, balayage, hair extensions, and everything in between!
Pay will be commensurate with your experience, and there is ALWAYS opportunity for advancement.

You have access to a gorgeous, peaceful, luxury salon setting, beautiful Stylist’s Station with modern and high-end utilities, break/kitchen area with fridge and storage, luxury restroom, WiFi, towels/linens washed daily with on-site laundry, full backbar for all color needs, and luxury products and tools for in-service use.

Your clients have access to the above salon amenities, as well as complimentary snacks & beverages, and lounging areas.

Stylists receive an employee discount for in-house shelf products, and may offer Family & Friends discounting to a select audience for services and retail products.
All tips are 100% yours, and Stylists receive a commission as well on the sale of in-house retail products they sell!

The Sacred Hive offers support in the development of your career in the form of in-house educational opportunities, and in-depth social media coverage and guidance.
You will regularly be featured on the salon’s Instagram platform with an option to collaborate, and may as well maintain your own personal social media outlets.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing salon experience.
• Perform a variety of hair services such as cut/style, color, balayage, hair extensions (you don’t have to do all of these)
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using Vagaro salon software.
• Promote retail sales and manage social media presence to enhance salon visibility.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
