Job summary

HairClub is hiring skilled stylists in Bala Cynwyd with an active cosmetology license. The role features a base pay of $19.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, tips, and upsell bonuses, with typical annual earnings of $40k–$45k and top performers earning $50k+.

Training is provided, along with health, dental, life, disability insurance and a 401K match after one year. The position offers a set Tue-Sat schedule, paid vacations/holidays, and opportunities for growth through our leveling program.

• Experience in analyzing, consulting and educating clients on hair care and products.
• Persuasive selling techniques to educate and encourage clients.
• Ability to build professional relationships and manage time effectively.
