Supercuts in Washington is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy, full-service salon and coach a team of stylists. The role welcomes experienced stylists who want to grow into management, with training provided by our leadership team.

You’ll work with management to deliver outstanding customer service, stay current with trends, and advance the local salon's reputation while maintaining high cleanliness and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).
• Deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
• Leaders with team-management experience, even in other industries.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute with a growth mindset.
• Mentor and collaborate with others; manage client interactions professionally.
