Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy full‑service salon and drive excellent client experiences. If you’re an experienced stylist with leadership potential, you’ll be trained and supported by an established leadership team to grow your management skills.

You’ll handle daily operations, mentor stylists, and help the salon stay on trend, with competitive pay including tips, commissions, and benefits. WA/OR/ID/MT/AK locations available.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).
• Experience managing a team, even in a different industry.
• Willingness to mentor stylists and grow leadership skills.
• Strong client-service orientation and professional demeanor.
