Job summary

SmartStyle is seeking a motivated stylist to join our Salon Management Team and lead client service at our busy full-service salon. This role offers growth into leadership with hands-on coaching and daily operation support.

You'll train with an experienced leadership team, stay current with salon software, and help grow the salon's reputation while maintaining high cleanliness and client satisfaction. If you love trends, mentoring, and teamwork, this is your path to management.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license)
• Love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry
• Leadership experience preferred but training provided
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset
• Love mentoring stylists, lead by example, collaborate well with others
• Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor
