SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking a motivated stylist to join our Salon Management Team in a busy, full-service SmartStyle location. You’ll have opportunities to grow into leadership while serving a loyal client base with top-tier service.

We value mentorship, training, and teamwork. A cosmetology license (or reciprocal) is required, and you’ll collaborate with ownership to set goals, train others, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).

Hair Salon Management Team (SmartStyle): We’re seeking a motivated stylist to join our Salon Management Team and serve amazing clientele at our busy, full-service SmartStyle hair salon. If you haven’t been a hair salon manager before, experienced stylists can grow into leadership—we’re ready to teach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team.
• Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities, including collaborating with ownership on goals, supporting daily operations, and advancing the local reputation of your salon.
• Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
• Develop skills in training, educating, and mentoring stylists over time.
• Ensure salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).
• Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
• Have leadership experience (preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person).
• Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset.
• Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others.
• Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Are interested in learning key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach.
• Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards.
