SMARTSTYLE SALON is hiring Hair Stylist / Hair Designer to join our team inside Walmart. You will deliver hair services including cuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty offerings while ensuring a superior guest experience.

Applicants must hold an active cosmetology license, be flexible with hours including evenings/weekends, and be comfortable with basic salon software and math tasks. Requis Salons franchisee offers a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or barber license required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
