SmartStyle Salon, located inside Walmart, is seeking a Hair Stylist / Hair Designer to deliver high-quality hair services and exceptional guest experiences. You'll perform cuts, color, highlights, waxing, and other services while using our tools, training, and support to help guests look and feel their best.

Responsibilities include client consultations, service delivery, and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
