REQUIS SALONS – FRANCHISEE is seeking a Hair Stylist / Hair Designer to join SmartStyle inside Walmart. You will deliver high-quality hair services, consult with guests, and perform cuts, color, highlights, waxing, and more in a fast-paced retail salon setting.

The role requires a valid cosmetology license, ability to work evenings/weekends, and comfort with salon software and basic math. Various benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out salon system.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
