Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is recruiting a Certified Color Consultant in our Store Operations team. You will deliver expert color consultations, guide customers through the hair color category, and drive sales with confident product recommendations.

In this role you will also handle daily store operations, assist teammates, and participate in loss prevention and safety practices to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to explain product labels and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience and assist customers in achieving hair color goals.
• Offer color consultations and drive sales through product recommendations.
• Record all transactions in the POS and handle sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Support daily store operations, planograms, and training of new associates.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention practices, and professional store appearance.
