You will collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure brand-aligned education and effective consumer messaging. The ideal candidate brings professional beauty education experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple training

Qualifications

• Professional beauty education experience required.
• Strong product knowledge in hair color, hair care, and beauty education.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and consumer audiences.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate timelines and cross-functional work.
• Ability to translate technical product information into consumer-friendly training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary education resource for product education assets and education-related requests.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Developlus hair color, care, and related technologies.
• Create and update educational materials including PowerPoint presentations, training guides, and product tutorials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Cross-functional teams to distribute education materials.
• Develop and deliver education programs for retailers, beauty advisors, and internal teams.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions and product demonstrations.
