Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant in Boca Raton to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead, ensuring guests learn about services and achieve a seamless visit. You will assist with consultations, color care products, and salon processes while learning and training for promotion to a Licensed Colorist.

Availability at peak times is required. The role offers base hourly pay, commissions, and tips with potential earnings in the stated range for this location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail.
• Effective communication and people skills in fast-paced retail or salon.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist behind-the-chair: shampooing, finishing services, styling, blowouts, toners, add-on products.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals including retail, services, memberships.
• Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security standards.
• Follow Madison Reed protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Drive revenue by increasing average service ticket and memberships.
• Support Colorist training and development for career growth.
