Ulta Beauty in the United States seeks a Hairstylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality professional services with emphasis on the guest’s total look while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through performance, people and process.

A passion for beauty and exceptional guest service is essential. You will perform a range of hair services and contribute to store goals, staying informed on trends

Formación

• Cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling and makeup.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and provide guest-focused service.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed a weekly sales goal and contribute to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Demonstrate business acumen and drive opportunities for growth.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on trends and knowledge of ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
